This license covers software and other data resources, referered to as the PROJECT.

You need a valid license to use this KnowledgeBook.com PROJECT. If you can not use the
terms of the "KnowledgeBooks.com Royalty Free License", you can negotiate with Mark
Watson financial license terms for the use of this License (KnowledgeBooks.com
Commercial Use License). Commercial use licenses are of two types:

  i)  Use in web portals and internal IT systems where you do not distribute the
      source code, compiled code, or data from this PROJECT. (see paragraph 4. below)

  ii) Use as part of another product that is re-sold. (see paragraph 5. below)

Financial terms are negotiable depending on use and product.

You will receive an email receipt after paying for a commercial license. You will keep a copy
of this email with the PROJECT files as a permanent record that yo own a commercial license.

Software is provides as-is. Mark Watson is available as a consultant to modify the
software, fix bugs, and integrate this PROJECT software with other customer supplied
software and data processing systems.

If you do not distribute copies this PROJECT to third parties (for example: applications like
web portals), you can use the licensed PROJECT under the following conditions:

   i)  You do not remove any copyright or licenses from the PROJECT files
   ii) Credit the PROJECT's origin somewhere in a public "About" notice.

You may distribute this PROJECT as part of any commercial product of your own under all of the
following conditions:

   i)   You provide users with a link to www.markwatson.com/commercial so that they always
        have access to the source code for this PROJECT. You do not need to make the source
        code to your own product available.
   ii)  You distribute this PROJECT only under the terms of this License
   iii) You include a copy of this License along with any such distribution
   iv)  You do not remove any copyright notices or licenses from this PROJECT
   v)   If you modify the source code for this PROJECT that you indicate your code changes
   vi)  Your product, that uses this PROJECT, must add considerable unique functionality: you

THE FOREGOING, LICENSOR MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, QUALITY, USEFULNESS, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE TO
YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIM UNDER ANY TORT, CONTRACT,
STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER THEORY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
